Beware IndependentCourt.Org

As a person whom calls himself an "independent" from I feel as though my idealology has been highjacked. For what it's worth I use the term independent/libertarian, because I don't blindly follow one political Party so blindly that I'll sell out another important cause. Neither of the two major political parties have an indealogy which I am inspired to follow. The Libertarians come the closest, but I find the party a little lacking in the country's defense solutions. There are some democratic issuses I can agree with, but mostly feel a complete disattachment from that party. The Republicans come closer in base idealology but they also come up lacking with doing the job layed out in the Constitution. I have looked into the Constitution Party, found some good things in their platform, I plan to hopefully give them a good look and some blogtime when I find some thing interesting.

As far as the main subject today is my problems with the "Coalition for a Fair and Independent Judiciary." On the surface a fair title, but I do know that "Coalition" is a liberal/democratic code word. I hate the term code word, because the majority of the time I hear that term it's a far left liberal complaining about them, it just like the talking points. As of just two years ago I was a card carrying, cash contributor to the Republican party I never once recieved any information on how to spread the word for the party. That's why I do poopoo anybody that talks about republican talking points. With the money I gave them I should have a thousand, but atlas I do not. It's just liberal/democratic bull crap hands down. The only talking points, and code words I hear are out of the mouths of liberals.

But back to the antics of the "Coalition" they have a website knon as the IndependentCourt.org, and they have stepped up to the plate and got involved with interfering the process of President Bush nominating a Supreme Court judge. On July 8th the "Coalition" sent a letter to President Bush a letter reminding him, not forget about finding a judge with liberal leanings or there be hell to pay, you may read that letter if you wish at their website, http://indpependentcourt.org.
On July 21, 2005 Senator Ted Kennedy, and Rep. Mel Watt held a meeting in room 512 of the Hart Senate Office Building. That meeting was picked up by C-Span I joined in progress, only thing I learned was the website. What did pique my interest was Rep. Mel Watt of the North Carolina 12th district. Which even to the casual observer is a gerrymanderd district if there ever was one, of course for the liberal/democrats.

What I will do is give you the last paragraph to the letter sent to the President, and a list of names of the organizations whom signed the letter. In my opinion these are all liberal/democratic organizations, as a independent/libertarian I wouldn't support the below organizations or do I know anyone whom would.

"As you know, our nation faces great challenges. Please Mr. President choose the course of unity by selecting a Sureme Court justice for all the people, one upon whom Americans of all political persuasions can rely to uphold their rights, freedoms, and legal protections."

As the true Independent, Libertarian, Constitutionalist and Republican can see this is by far a liberal-democrat list of organizations. That's fine with me as long as you call it that. This organization should if fair, call itself Liberal Court Coalition it would be more accurate, but then they could not decieve and that's the most important goal. This is a list of nothing more than liberal organizations that's why I included them, and in the future I will always reguard these organizations as those whom want to restrict my way of life in prefence to the groups they represent. One thing about Libertarianism I understand is that each and every individual can live life as they choose, as long as the result does not cause harm to another. And yes supporting single mothers, and AIDS/HIV homosexuals does hurt my lifestyle, and most often they are in their position by choice. But they do not have to worry as long as Captitalism creates taxpayers to support them when their chosen lifestyle catches up with them. To use a dreaded code word the only thing the Coalition for a Fair and Independent Judiciary is selling is the "liberal Kool-Aid" which it seems alot of people are lining up press their lips to that cup and take a drink. It is my guess that if the Supreme Court were interpreting cases in a fair and independent method based on the constitution, then we all maybe a little shocked, but perhaps better off.
