Godwin Kipkemol Chepkurgor 36, is a patient man. For he is waiting and waiting, and has been for quite some time. He's been waiting since the year 2000 when Bill Clinton and family visited Africa that year.

It was during the tour that Chepkurgor spied the sight of young Chelsea, and he became smitten quite badly. So badly that he is willing to pay Mr. Clinton quite a large dowery for the hand of Chelsea Clinton. "Had I succeeded in wooing Chelsea, I would have had a grand wedding," he said following the Clinton's visit to Kenya.

Should Mr.Clinton convince Chelsea to return to Kenya, so that Godwin can put down his torch and finally meet wedded bliss. Bill Clinton would recieve quite the bountiful dowery which will make his home in New York quite the show place. The envy of the neighborhood I'm sure. Mr.Clinton's prize is "20 cows and 40 goats", which will make him quite the good deal, and never again will he be lonely anymore.

Well as of now five years later, the livestock are still dressed up with nowhere to go. And poor ole Chepkurgor still keeping is vow to remain single until he gets an answer to his proposal to marry Chelsea whom is now, 25.
