In France

Several luxury, design and lifestyle hotels are expected to open in France in 2023.

Hotel Aurora in Paris

The first European hotel of the eco-luxury hotel group “1 Hotels”, Aurore will be located in the heart of the 13th arrondissement of Paris, in the Tolbiac-Chevaleret district and therefore in the immediate vicinity of the François Mitterrand library. The hotel will have 140 rooms including 23 suites, a café overlooking the Claude-Lévi-Strauss promenade, a restaurant-bar with a panoramic view, as well as a fitness center and spa of 1000 m² and from “Cloud Cafe“, a coworking café. Within this 12,700 m² property, a second building will house a youth hostel, the Slo Living Hostel, with 179 beds, as well as a cabaret imagined by La Bellevilloise.

The two buildings are designed in wood and bronze metal, and will be connected by a breathtaking 28-meter-high planted walkway.

EKLO Paris Porte de Versailles

EKLO Paris is the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles new exhibition center hotel. In addition to the existing accommodation offer, the hotel offers an innovative and ecological concept thanks to its affordable urban lifestyle positioning. Many eco-responsible devices will be implemented there, such as the prevention of wastage of water, energy or food, as well as the sorting and recycling of waste.

Catering to both leisure and business travelers, its 340 rooms range from singles to family rooms to dorms. There is also a restaurant, a bar, a communal kitchen, meeting rooms and a panoramic rooftop with a view of Paris.

Citizen M Opera in Paris

Located rue du Croissant, near the Grands Boulevards and a few minutes from the Opéra Garnier, Citizen M Opéra will soon welcome travelers and residents of the City of Light. It will have 84 rooms, work and relaxation areas, a bar and a “canteenM”, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In line with its positioning, the hotel will also focus on promoting local Parisian arts and culture with 120 works of art by local artists displayed outside, inside and in the room.

Hyatt Place in Cannes

Hyatt arrives in Cannes, opening a Hyatt Place with 152 rooms and 7 suites. With a privileged location by the sea, it will be close to one of the marinas. You will have access to the city center and the Old Course of the Cannes-Mandelieu golf course.

It will feature two dining halls, the Zoom Glocal Dining bar and restaurant, a rooftop, a sea-view infinity pool and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Hilton is also coming to Cannes with the opening of a Canopée in the heart of the city, in the emblematic district of Le Suquet, near the beaches of the Midi, the Promenade de la Croisette, the Old Port and the Palais des Festivals. . This glamorous hotel is ideally located. Mama Shelter in Rennes

In terms of services, it will offer a huge 50-metre swimming pool, a large spa, an oenological workshop and a gourmet restaurant. The opening of what will be the first luxury hotel in the region is eagerly awaited by the islanders.
