The Norfolk Office of Elections is holding several Voter Photo ID events at locations across the city in the next couple of weeks. The free photo ID is for voting only and cannot be used for any other purpose.

The events are:

• Friday, August 21st from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch Library, 111 W. Ocean View Avenue
• Wednesday, August 26th from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Southside Aquatics Center, 1750 Campostella Road
• Friday, August 28th from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the Norview Community Center, 6380 Sewells Point Road

Voter Photo IDs may also be obtained at the Norfolk Office of Elections, 810 Union Street (City Hall Building), Room 808. The office is open 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
