Mike, I suppose it helps you to feel some justification how the church amasses its great wealth with the explanation you give, but the fact is that without all the input that international Consumerism creates for the Church, that paltry sum of money the adherents of the faith you say give when they can afford to do so via it collection plates excetera is peanuts, it’s plainly obvious that the church could not possible survive in all its splendour on such a paltry income without solid professional investment, so it’s true to say that its money that makes the world go round and not religion.
