Mike Johnson releases footage to exonerate J6 rioters in a way that proves they are not exonerated

So let me get this straight: Several weeks ago House Speaker Mike Johnson announced he would release "uncensored" security footage from the Capitol on January 6th to support the arguments from the far-right that the people who stormed the Capitol did nothing wrong. Except that he is blurring some of the faces in the video to prevent them from "being charged by the DOJ." If he is blurring faces it isn't "uncensored" footage anymore, is it? And if he is blurring the faces to stop them from being charged criminally from what is shown in the video, doesn't that mean the videos do not exonerate the people who stormed the Capitol?

Also, as Paul Campos points out, isn't the Speaker of the House obstructing justice?
