This is an open plea to our President.   Mr. Trump stand by the Constitution or fall for the Mueller persecution team’s perjury trap.

The only body that is competent under our Constitution to indict (impeach) or try a president is Congress, not a prosecutor, not a grand jury, not the regular courts, not even the Supreme Court.

If Mueller and his team of Democrat donor Hillary supporters get a subpoena from a Grand Jury send them a ham sandwich and refuse to comply.  If the swamp dwellers and their Star Chamber get a federal court to rule that you must comply ignore it.  If they appeal it to the Supreme Court and they order you to comply ignore it.

You are the President of the United States.  According to Article Two, Section Four, “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”  And according to Article One, Section Three, “The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.”

The way it works is that the Constitution gives the House of Representatives the sole power to impeach an official, and it makes the Senate the sole court for impeachment trials.

After all these months of digging, of intimidating people trying to get them to offer damning testimony in exchange for the end of relentless persecution they have come up empty.  They don’t have anything or they would be moving forward with impeachment and now even crazy Nancy Pelosi is trying to talk Maxine Waters in off the ledge.  There are no grounds for impeachment.

So stand strong Mr. President.  Don’t let the Lilliputians get the threads on you in an obvious perjury trap that any interview or any other form of interrogation would entail.  They would be asking questions that they already no the answers to and expecting you to answer them by memory.  Even the slightest slip will be called perjury.  Having failed to find evidence of the imagined crime they were empaneled to investigate they are seeking to ensnare you in a process crime.

Don’t fall into their trap.  Don’t allow these minions of the Deep State to overthrow the results of a legally constituted election.  If it turns out that there is no chance to elect someone who doesn’t meet the standards of the nomenclature we have truly become an effective oligarchy disguised as an effective federal republic.

Mr. President, the people who voted to make America great again stand behind you.  Rise above these statists who seek to cling to power.  Drain the swamp and we can all watch the flowers of freedom grow.
