Dear Gov. Whitmer, 99.9% of people that get Covid-19 survive. There is no pandemic or epidemic.
Of course massive increases in testing will result in more false positive test results, that is true.
Your job is not to keep us from getting sick! Your job is to uphold your oath of office! You know, the one you swore an oath to uphold?! To preserve, protect and defend the US and Michigan Constitutions!
That means protecting our 'God given' rights that do not come from Government!
You are taking away our freedom and rights that you are supposed to be protecting! You have killed thousands of small businesses already. Now you are going to kill off the rest with this 2nd foolish Lock Down!
Many businesses are already bankrupt but you seem to enjoy making the people you are supposed to be looking out for miserable. You are an out of control tyrant that is abusing your power!
Also you forced infected people into nursing homes and killed untold thousands of vulnerable elderly seniors!
If anyone should have restrictions put on them it is YOU!
You are the greatest threat to the people of Michigan NOT the Flu!
The real virus in this country is power hungry politicians like you!
Of course I run a great risk of being retaliated against by sending this Letter but I consider it my civic duty to let you know I am not alone.
