It has been said, in a Contest of ideas, the margins play out not in who wins the golden chains, rather, who had [and benefits the most from having]  the most influence in the outcome!

I was once asked, "Are you serious? You surely don't expect to get elected!".

My retort, quite simply was to say that I typically get around a thousand votes. In any close race there may be less than that separating who wins from who doesn't. When there is 999 votes making the difference, ask me again who was the game changer....

Yes, there is a Christchurch  mayoral race to be had... so what has pot got to do with it? (if only to answer the ning nong MSM who are defined by there redundant pretense they govern the debate).

What ever happens post the impending cannabis reeferendum, the local government is going to define who gets what where and why.... just as it does with alcohol.

But then, lets just pretend that is all I bring to the debate.
