As we all know by now, Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, has been indicted by federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald. According to an article posted on the New York Times website, "Obstruction of justice carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, while the charges of perjury and making false statements have maximum terms of 5 years. Each of the five counts can also be punished with a $250,000 fine." Wowsers. Watch out, Karma's a bitch.
