Arts Fresco, the biggest free arts festival in the Midlands, returns to Market Harborough on Sunday 10 September.

This is my favourite public event of the year in Harborough. It's suffered a difficult few years because of the Covid pandemic, and last year had to find a new date at short notice because of the death of the Queen. But all looks set for 10 September.
