A phone call recording surfaced from Brian D. Hill’s family (Brian was formerly USWGO Alt. News) today (Sept. 28, 2023) confirms that the U.S. District Court has unlawfully covered up and concealed the Sentencing Letter affidavit (pdf file) for Jonathon Owen Shroyer (of Infowars.com) which was sent by Brian Hill and was favorable to Owen Shroyer. Said that Owen was professional as a news reporter or journalist, asked for a reprieve, and that he was a good person all according to the affidavit. This is sheer violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2071.

Here is how this phone call recording proves concealment and cover up of the sentencing Letter. The clerk claimed that because it is a “criminal case” of Owen Shroyer, that it would violate privacy of the parties in the criminal case to disclose any information about the case, even if a letter was received from the filer. Brian argued back that he had filed the letter (HE’S THE FILER) (meaning he actually said he SENT the letter, which is filing the letter. Mailing a letter to the court is filing) and the clerk said he still cannot confirm whether it was received or if the judge had reviewed over it. He confirmed to his knowledge that he will not disclose receiving the letter from the sender, even though Brian can prove that he was the sender. That didn’t matter. So the clerk is covering up the sentencing letter deliberately and purposefully.

Brian caught the clerk to the Hon. judge Timothy James Kelly, Brian knew the clerk was lying so he responded back to the judge’s clerk that this is a “cover up”, that he will mail another letter to the Court bringing allegations of the cover up before hanging up the phone in anger. Brian knew the clerk was lying about the “privacy” excuse as to why he couldn’t even confirmed receiving the sentencing letter. This was because in the Stewart Rhodes case, the judge’s clerk contacted Brian and left a voicemail confirming receipt of Brian’s sentencing letter for the Rhodes case. See the audio links below. This proves beyond doubt that the clerk to the judge in the Owen Shroyer case had LIED to Brian. They did cover up and conceal the sentencing letter.

However, the U.S. Attorney was again allowed to file another response opposing Owen Shroyer not being imprisoned during his appeal. That was filed today, but the Court is refusing to file or even give notice of receiving the timely received sentencing letter.

So, the evidence is in. They are deliberately covering up and concealing the sentencing letter. You call phone call the chamber clerk yourself and get the same response.
