Brian D. Hill, formerly of USWGO Alternative News, had filed a Sentencing Letter for Owen Shroyer of Infowars who hosts the show: The War Room with Owen Shroyer. This is the second sentencing letter Brian has filed or had attempted to file regarding a January 6 defendant. The first letter was regarding Stewart Rhodes of Oath Keepers. Brian also filed a sentencing letter for Roger Stone and Roger Stone had even tried to get an affidavit to Donald Trump to have Brian fully pardoned due to the federal judicial corruption and malfeasance. Owen Shroyer has retained a private attorney Norman Pattis (also known as Norm Pattis) for his criminal case. Owen Shroyer’s attorney and the U.S. Attorney assistants (the opposing counsel) were all notified and given pdf file copies of the sentencing letter as part of usual legal procedure of serving pleadings with all parties to prevent a pleading from being considered ex parte. Owen risks up to a year of imprisonment after a guilty plea was entered. Evidence of what was mailed and filed is all available as links to PDF files in this article. Owen faces the sentencing hearing for his (wrongful) criminal conviction on the date of Tuesday, September 12, 2023, ironically a day after September 11 (9/11). Owen Shroyer will become a political prisoner and then a political probationer just like what had happened to Brian.

Owen Shroyer did give Brian the opportunity to tell his story. He was the only one at Infowars who had not turned against Brian while Darrin McBreen and Rob Dew had all turned against Brian for whatever the reason is. Brian said in his sentencing letter that he was grateful for Owen Shroyer giving Brian that opportunity and explained that professional journalists need to investigate Brian’s criminal charge by reviewing over the discovery documents and materials before treating Brian as a guilty man. Brian explained that he would have been “happy” to have Infowars employees like Rob Dew or Jon Bowne or Darrin McBreen travel down to court appointed attorney John Scott Coalter’s office in Greensboro, North Carolina to review over the discovery evidence materials and see what Brian has offered for his defense before reserving judgments as any professional ethical news reporter or journalist would do. So Brian has insinuated that Infowars should have treated Brian better and should have conducted an investigation before reserving they’re personal judgments (prejudice, stigmatization) over Brian’s criminal charge. He was nice enough to give me time on his show for me to present my story that I was framed with child porn and at the time I had initiated a Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) lawsuit over my discovery materials in my criminal case. I later had learned from that lawsuit that the State Bureau of Investigation case file was permanently destroyed and covered up despite providing proof to the U.S. District Court in Danville, VA through filings that Eric David Placke had admitted in transcript as to the discovery materials, that the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (“SBI”) case file and Mayodan Police report were both in PDF file formats and were printed by the Assistant Federal Public Defender named Eric David Placke. Despite the fact I had proven the existence of the destroyed materials, the judge refused to let me get access to my own discovery evidence material which was covered up after I had found out that it made a claim on Page IV that “454 files had been downloaded with the emule program between July 20, 2012, and July 28, 2013”. Yet my computer was seized on August 28, 2012.
