Brian D. Hill’s family had learned that the corrupt American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) had again rejected efforts (PDF file link of email) to protect Brian’s first amendment constitutional rights in the Martinsville Circuit Court. They had repeatedly rejected any of Brian’s family’s efforts to request legal assistance to protect the Constitutional rights and civil liberties of Brian D. Hill who was targeted for his acts of journalism, a lawful act of telling the truth but was retaliated against. He who was character assassinated after he had operated USWGO Alternative News from 2009 to 2012 against the “New World Order”, who was also targeted by Righthaven LLC in 2011 which had connections to Barack Obama according to researchers. Righthaven who was connected to the Obamas had used copyright LAWFARE as a weapon to target alternative media and bloggers. The ACLU will not protect a former alternative media website operator who was clearly set up and was retaliated against over his freedom of press and over his freedom of speech. However, the ACLU will fight for the “civil liberties” of a “sex change operation” for a baby murderer convicted of murdering an 11 month old baby and is currently in prison for his crime. Now Brian never was charged with any assault since he was born in the year of 1990. Brian was never charged with rape, never was charged with murder. He was simply framed with images planted by the State Bureau of Investigation in North Carolina as reported by We Are Change at the time. The U.S. Constitution and federal law provides civil liberties for the following issues, not limited to only those issues in the list:
1. Right to peacefully assemble, freedom of speech, freedom of press, right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
2. Right to discovery evidence in a criminal case when accused of a crime. The right to Brady materials. See Brady v. Maryland.
3. Right to effective assistance of counsel. See Strickland v. Washington.
4. Right to legally protect yourself from retaliation by Government or from retaliation by somebody working for the Judiciary against your First Amendment right. The first amendment challenge means you have the right to speak and not be punished over it.
5. Constitutional right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment. Such as TORTURE.
6. Constitutional right to remain silent, to not be forced to be a witness against yourself.
7. Constitutional right to privacy and to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, that no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause. Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

The U.S. Constitution and federal law at this time, since the date of the release of this article (Sept. 6, 2023), between 1776 and now, the United States does not have legal civil liberties over the following:
1. The right to a sex change operation at taxpayers expense, regardless of whether in prison or not.
2. The right to murder a baby for any reason (including under the guise of saving planet Earth…)
3. The right to non-necessary medical operations such as plastic surgery.

Nobody has a constitutional right or civil liberty to murder a baby. Nobody has a constitutional right or civil liberty to have a sex change operation while in prison. Nobody has a constitutional right or civil liberty to have a sex change operation period. Nobody has a constitutional right or civil liberty to have a sex change operation be paid for by tax paying citizens to foot the bill. WHAT IS THE ACLU DOING??? What civil liberties are they fighting for when fighting for a baby killer??? Wasn’t the ACLU about fighting for civil liberties which include all constitutional rights afforded to American citizens. The ACLU are fighting for non-existent civil liberties such as a baby killer wanting a sex change operation. Those are not civil liberties protected by the Constitution and protected by law. Those are clearly not protected rights. They are not rights at all. It is clear that the ACLU will help a baby murderer but will not help Brian Hill who murdered nobody but was a targeted individual by the Deep State flunkies.

Brian D. Brian is a victim of judicial corruption both at the Virginia state level and at the Federal level. Brian is a victim of organized judicial corruption, racketeering, and malfeasance.

Once upon a time, Brian’s family thought it was the stigmatization of Brian’s criminal charge in 2012 why the ACLU refuses to help Brian. That is not the case since they will help a baby murderer man in prison who wants a vagina (female body part), who wants the tax paying citizens of the United States of America to pay for his sex change operation while he was in prison. Brian never murdered, never raped, never molested anybody, ever. Yet he cannot receive the legal assistance of the corrupt ACLU to protect his first amendment rights but yet murdering a baby then wanting a sex change operation at taxpayers expense gets the ACLU’s legal assistance and top priority of wanting to help people like that.

Brian fought in the U.S. Supreme Court to expose Chief Justice John Roberts for being allegedly compromised since they had refused to grant any legal relief to Brian’s federal criminal case. Brian feels that once your targeted by the Deep State, you will not get any justice in the corrupt judiciary. Judges are compromised and blackmailed or bribed or threatened. The Deep State has a lot of control over the federal and state judiciaries.
