Brian D. Hill, formerly of Uswgo Alternative News has written a sentencing letter and filed it in the Stewart Rhodes criminal case in the U.S. District Court in Washington, DC. See the documents. Stewart Rhodes was the founder of the Oath Keepers organization which had a goal of persuading law enforcement and military to follow their constitutional sworn oaths of office to protect and defend the United States Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, that they will swear allegiance to the same. Stewart Rhodes was charged with sedition and his case can be viewed at CourtListener. The Oath Keepers website is shut down but can be viewed by going back to the Wayback Machine (2017 version) by the Internet Archive. Brian had also written a sentencing letter for Roger Stone of StoneColdTruth (StoneZone), a Donald Trump ally, and it was filed in 2019 before Roger was pardoned by Trump, and Brian’s sentencing letter was accepted for filing by U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson. The letter for the sentencing of the Oath Keepers founder has not yet been received by the clerk or judge in that courthouse. Likely will be reviewed Monday by the judge to make a determination on whether leave to file is granted for that sentencing letter like in the Stone case.

Brian Hill did in fact knew Stewart Rhodes and Mr. Rhodes helped Brian Hill when he was fighting against the unconstitutional National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for the fiscal year of 2012. Brian said in his affidavit that Stewart Rhodes had helped or assisted Brian when he used to operate USWGO Alternative News. Stewart Rhodes of Oath Keepers, Jeffrey Lewis of the Patriot Coalition, had all assisted Brian D. Hill before Brian got set up with child porn in July and August 2012 and forever walked away from his tenure of operating USWGO Alternative News. The founder of Oath Keepers was arrested by the Feds and OathKeepers.org website is shut down, Stewart Rhodes was forced away from his tenure of operating Oath Keepers. Brian Hill was set up with child porn which caused the shut down of USWGO Alternative News. Both were tortured in the Federal jail system under the CORRUPT U.S. Marshals. The U.S. Marshals is corrupt right now during the Globalist Presidency just like how it was corrupt during the Obama Administration when Brian was framed with child porn. In December, 2013, the U.S. Marshals threatened to beat up Brian and probably would have killed Brian, after Brian was charged with possession after being framed with child porn. America is under an illegitimate Administration dictator named Joe Biden. So don’t trust the U.S. Marshals right now until the dictatorship has ended.

Then Brian revealed in his federally filed affidavit that there was a child pornography set up attempt on Stewart Rhodes and Dan Johnson of People Against the NDAA (PANDA). Brian’s family submitted evidence to We Are Change and an article was written about the child pornography set up operations against political activist and alternative media. Brian also received evidence from the Department of Homeland Security that Fusion Centers were spying on Infowars and it’s commenters in 2012. Brian received those documents before he was raided after being framed with the child porn.

Brian then decided to tell the truth and criticize Stewart Rhodes for turning his back on Brian after Brian falsely plead guilty to possession of child pornography due to ineffective assistance of counsel.

It is ironic that Mr. Rhodes judged Brian for falsely pleading guilty when Rhodes was found guilty by a jury in a rigged kangaroo court trial where certain exculpatory evidence was not allowed to be presented to the jury. Rhodes was wrongfully convicted and yet he judged Brian for falsely pleading guilty. Brian criticized Rhodes and called him out in this federal sentencing affidavit. Brian told the court that he thinks Rhodes should suffer the same torment and suicidal thoughts similar to what Brian had experienced after being arrested (by Department of Homeland Security). Brian was very emotional when he had typed up this letter, it is clear as day he is still angry at Stewart Rhodes for treating Brian like a cancer, treating Brian like a bad person.

Brian criticized main line republicans for judging first and asking questions later. Brian was never a democrat or republican when he operated USWGO Alternative News. Brian was non-partisan but he was an “Oath Keeper” supporter and was against thew New World Order. So Brian didn’t hold back in criticizing the republicans for harshly judging Brian and almost causing him to kill himself with a knife after being set up with child porn due to the stigmatization. He said that now Stewart Rhodes will be judged by the republicans for being wrongfully convicted like what happened with Brian.

Brian is for Donald Trump and he helped Roger Stone. Brian is just against the ones who judge first and ask questions later. Brian is not against all republicans but only the ones who don’t question things and just believe whatever the government tells them. Just like the democrats. There are people in both political parties who believe your guilty just because a corrupt judge or district attorney says you are. Brian only criticized Stewart Rhodes and republicans for believing Brian was guilty of child porn just because he had a crappy lawyer named Eric David Placke. Brian says he has evidence he was set up with child porn in the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) case file from North Carolina.
