Brian D. Hill [USWGO alternative news] the former news reporter had filed multiple motions in his Virginia state case. One to fire his corrupt court appointed lawyer ‘Lauren Michelle McGarry’ [Martinsville public defender], and one to order a mental evaluation to plead mental insanity at the time of the alleged offense. Brian even argued that he broke no law because his conduct did not rise to the level of obscenity. Carbon monoxide poisoning is the clear culprit behind Brian’s weird behavior on September 21, 2018.

From what I was able to read in the pleadings emailed to me from Brian’s mother ‘Roberta Hill’ using a MEDIAFIRE link [backup link), it appears that Brian has had a severe case of ineffective assistance of trial counsel, yes that would be Lauren Michelle McGarry.

His trial counsel said Brian would be found guilty, that any evidence he had ever offered would be inadmissible, that Brian would be found guilty by a jury, and that the lawyer was rude to Brian’s family. Here is Brian’s motion for substitute counsel.

Conducting research into Lauren, I had discovered this lawyer may be protected by her daddy, James McGarry. James McGarry is a Henry county General District Court chief judge [archived in case of censorship].

According to her charge of “PUBLIC SWEARING/INTOXICATION”, the offense date of her crime was 03/27/2011. Her DOB was 05/25/**** according to the state database. Then Spokeo [Archived in time] webpage claimed that her age as of today was 27 years old, that her relative was James McGarry. I assume that she was born in 1992. Under Virginia drinking law, nobody under the age of 21 shall possess or consume alcohol. That would mean that she isn’t just guilty of public intoxication but also underage drinking. Since her daddy was a lawyer, it is likely that her daddy got her out of her underage drinking charge by her receiving “deferred prosecution” [DEFERRED DISPOSITION] by the Commonwealth Attorney of that area and her criminal charge was then dismissed on 01/23/2012. Of course it is speculation but the average person would have been railroaded into prison or jail. Lauren Mcgarry is a special person who doesn’t deserve imprisonment like the other people in society [sarcasm] including poor folks who doesn’t have a lawyer as a family member. Also in Mauy 2014, it was reported that she was an intern for the Martinsville Commonwealth Attorney’s office [archived in time again].

It is quite clear that Brian’s court appointed lawyer was corrupt. Lauren Michelle Mcgarry should be removed as his court appointed counsel since she can get away with underage drinking or intoxication and then lecture Brian how guilty she thinks he is, like she is better than him or something. All of her Internships, according to her LinkedIn profile [archived in time] are Commonwealth Attorney offices. She has no experience working for a private defense attorney. Her only internships have been government lawyers. She should never have been a assistant public defender. She got the wrong job.

Brian also filed a motion for mental insanity at the time of September 21, 2018. It is clear enough evidence of carbon monoxide poisoning with evidence of sinus tachycardia, psychosis, mental confusion, abnormally high white blood cell count, and abnormal high mean platelet volume level.

When Brian had filed a motion for an earlier trial date, he had brought up his legal innocence because his conduct did not rise to the level of being obscene. Brian wasn’t obscene partially because of carbon monoxide poisoning. The rest was that Brian isn’t the type of guy to ever be a danger to society. Brian has autism spectrum disorder and he had been the victim of hacker attacks and a Righthaven LLC lawsuit in 2011.

A PDF archive [2] was created of the circuit court records. It appears that all Brian’s pro-se pleadings were successfully filed. Is Brian really guilty of indecent exposure? Will the judge grant them or deny them? that is the question!
