• Posting the invoices and make sure payment to the vendor should be on time.

At Wuerth Industry Services, Pune (Feb 2017 until Feb. 2019)
Logistics Executive
• Preparing daily and weekly reports for planned vs achieved targets and send it to higher authorities in Germany
• Auditing of the Invoices and Packing lists for third country import shipments to Germany
• Checking invoices against the contract and update them in Würth’s own KMS System.
• Adjustment of the Database in SAP according to the Invoices and Packing lists.
• Preparation of the invoices for the further processing by finance department
