Rebecca Wolff, Alderperson for the 1st Ward,

At its March 5 meeting the committee decided to postpone the  endorsement decision
in contested races.
Those races at the time were for Common Council President and Alderperson in Wards 2 and 3.

At the same meeting on March 5th, the HCDC also endorsed Cheryl Roberts, running for
Columbia County Supreme Court Judge and
Eugene Keeler, running for Columbia County District Attorney.
Both were previously endorsed by the Columbia County Democratic Committee
and are not facing any opposition by Democrats.

At a special meeting on March 24, the HCDC voted to not endorse candidates seeking the
Democratic line in contested races, including those listed above and in races in which
additional candidates came forward after the March 5 meeting.
