Federal Judge Blocks Biden Order Halting Deportations

A Federal Judge in Texas has Blocked President Biden’s Executive Order Halting Deportations of Some Illegal Immigrants.

Biden Signed the Order, Halting Deportations for 100 days, on January 20th.

Texas Attorney General, Ken Paxton (R) Sued the Biden Administration to Reverse the Order, citing a Prior Agreement between the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Texas Requiring the State’s Approval to Halt Deportations.

Judge Drew Tipton of the Southern District of Texas Blocked the Implementation of Biden’s Order, on Tuesday, for a Period of 14 days.

Tipton said that the Delay was Appropriate according to the Administrative Procedure Act of 1946.

The Administrative Procedure Act, Pub.L. 79–404, 60 Stat. 237, enacted June 11th, 1946, is the United States Federal Statute that Governs the way in which Administrative Agencies of the Federal Government of the United States may Propose and Establish Regulations and Grants U.S. Federal Courts Oversight over All agency Actions. It is One of the most Important pieces of United States Administrative Law, and Serves as a Sort of "constitution" for U.S. Administrative Law.

As I previously said, there needs to be a definination of which Crimes must be Deported and what is the Process if the Home Country does Not accpted the Deported Person.
