Appeals Court Allows Judge to Move Forward with Flynn Hearing

The Full D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has Ruled, August 31st, that Lower-Court Judge, Emmet Sullivan, may hear Arguments over the Justice Department's Request to Dismiss the Case against Former Trump National Security Adviser, Michael Flynn, upending a Smaller Appeal Panel's Ruling.

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, sitting en banc, voted 8-2 to Reject Flynn's Effort to Dismiss the Case immediately.

Flynn Twice Pleaded Guilty, in 2017, to a False-Statement Charge brought by Special Counsel, Robert Mueller, but was seeking to back Out of the Plea, when Attorney General, William Barr, moved in March, to Drop the Case.
