Starting in the 2018 Election Cycle, Independence USA, a super PAC Founded and Funded by Bloomberg, that could Serve as a Vehicle for his Plans after Dropping Out of the 2020 Race, spent more than $110 Million in Supporting 24 Democratic Candidates in House Races, and helped Win 21 of those House Races.

A Political Arm of Bloomberg's Pro-Gun Control Group, Everytown for Gun Safety, spent Millions to Support Democrats in the last Midterms.

Bloomberg has already been Active with Non-Presidential Races and Political Spending in 2020.

In December 2019, Bloomberg donated $10 million to pro-House Democratic group House Majority PAC and $5 million to the new Stacey Abrams-linked group, Fair Fight.

In November, he gave $800,000 to the Democratic Grassroots Victory Fund, a Democratic National Committee (DNC) Fundraising Vehicle, more than $300,000 of which went to the DNC Directly.

Bloomberg also put Millions of Dollars into Hawkfish, a Digital and Tech Firm developed ahead of his Presidential Run aimed at Closing Democrats' Digital Gap with the Sophisticated Digital Operation that helped Trump Win the White House in 2016.

Now, Other Democratic Campaigns could Retain Hawkfish’s Services as it would any other Campaign Vendor.

Bloomberg Plans to Build a New Group to focus on Supporting the Democratic Nominee and Oppose Trump. The Group will also Support Down-Ballot Democrats.

The Independent Expenditure, the Aide said, will Deploy Hundreds of Staffers from his Presidential Campaign to Six Key Swing States: Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

The Name, Scope, and Budget for the Organization has yet to be Determined, the Aide added. Like all Independent Expenditures, the yet-to-be-named Entity will Not be Allowed to Coordinate with any Campaigns.
