Bloomberg's Longtime Department of Transportation (DOT) Commissioner, who put together the Plan, explains how Bloomberg Plans to Pay for it.

"Mike's tax plan actually outlines how it is we're going to pay for it. It's a $1.2 trillion-dollar plan, but unlike all of the other candidates that have big infrastructure plans, Mike has a vision and a goal to connect America differently. So it's not enough to just keep spending money. If that worked, we would not be stuck in a sea of red lights, broken bridges, bad potholes, the current strategy isn't working," said Former New York City DOT Commissioner Janette Sadik-Khan.
