Supreme Court Has Another NC Gerrymandering Case

There actually is a Third North Carolina Partisan Gerrymandering Case, Harris v. Cooper, that still is awaiting some action by SCOTUS. It also had been set for Conference last week, but No Action yet.

The Case is David Harris, et al., Appellants v. Roy Cooper, Governor of North Carolina, et al. (1:13-cv-949) filed on June 2nd, 2016, Distributed for Conference of June 21st 2018.

Harris is an Appeal filed by Plaintiffs in the North Carolina Racial Gerrymandering Case who Objected before the District Court to the 2016 Remedial Congressional Map on the Grounds that it was a Partisan Gerrymander.

Still don't know if Harris will be addressed in the Court's End of Term clean up.
