AL Passes Term Limits for Congress Convention Legislation

The Alabama State Senate voted 19-8 to call for the Term Limits Convention that will impose Term Limits on the U.S. House and Senate.

This is a HUGE win for the Term Limits movement.

That's one step closer to Limiting the Terms of Office for Congress.

The next targeted States are Arizona, Georgia, New Hampshire, and Tennessee.

You need 34 States to Pass their Term Limits Convention Legislation. If they do that, the Convention can then impose Term Limits on the House and Senate. Two States have passed their exact Resolution. Ten other States have passed similar Legislation.

What just happened in Alabama proves that their Grassroots Strategy to bypass D.C. and go directly to the States is working.

In Georgia their Resolution has passed One Chamber of the State Legislature. They will need help to force it through the other.

In New Hampshire, their Legislation is right now in Committee. They will need help to run Ads and Events there to push it to the Floor and get it Passed.

The American People don’t agree on much. Our Country is divided. However, Term Limits for Congress is one thing Republicans, Democrats, and Independents agree on. Over 80% of the Country supports Term Limits.

We can impose Term Limits on Congress.

The Professional Politicians, the Special Interests, and their Lobbyist buddies all despise Term Limits. They are fighting us in the States every step of the way.
