Wyoming Bill for Presidential Primary

Thanks to Richard Winger of Ballot Access News for this post.

Wyoming is one of the few States that has never had a Presidential Primary.

Representative David Northrup (R-Powell) has introduced HB 201, which would provide for Presidential Primaries.

It will take place on the third Tuesday in April.

The Bill seems not to explain how a candidate would get on a Presidential Primary Ballot.

But a new Section 22-2-109(d) seem to says the method of how the results will be used shall be established by the Secretary Of State by rule.
