Beef lovers rejoice as you get to savour a special rump of beef that has been patiently braised for at least 12 hours in Rendang Hijau to give you that unforgettable succulent texture. I have actually fallen in love with the exotic Kerabu Sotong Sumbat Betik which was bursting with flavours. With a hint of spiciness, the exquisite Kerabu Sotong was very refreshing for my palate and it was quite an eye-opener dish for me.

I am pleasantly surprised by the peculiar-looking Chicken Tikka and Sheek Kebab. Both are equally tasty and I prefer Chicken Tikka a wee bit more thanks to its spiciness and bite-size chunks. The Sheek Kebab was not bad at all with its meatball like texture that bursts with flavours in your mouth. Both were being presented in skews to entice you to go get them (which I did). 😁

No Ramadhan Buffet will be complete without lemang right? I love how fragrant the lemang is as it was wrapped with aromatic banana leaves before being stuffed into bamboos to be cooked. Dip the nicely cut lemang with sambal and green chilli and you will be treating yourself to a lip-smacking dinner for sure! Another must-have during Ramadhan buffet is of course roasted lamb. The ones that we had was succulent and flavourful; It was so irresistible that I had to help myself to a few more servings. Ha 😋

I know that my daughter was really swooned by her "dodol". And don't forget to try the hotel's signature Apam Balik. All in all, my family and I certainly enjoyed ourselves to the max thanks to this incredulous buffet.
