The 60-year-old Star Wars star and her 84-year-old mother known for movies like Singin' in the Rain, were laid to rest at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills on Friday morning.

The two died in December, 28 and 29 consecutively.

While Carrie was cremated, her mother was buried with some of the ashes of her Daughter.

Carrie was reported to be suffering from a cardiac event on a plane before she died. Debbie passed away a day after her daughter. Family and friends, including George Lucas, Meg Ryan, Jamie Lee Curtis among othets joined the private memorial service on Thursday where several guests delivered eulogies.
