A Briton and a Tunisian – Abu Khalid al-Britani and Abu Muqatil al-Tunsi – have carried out suicide bomb attacks north of Ramadi in Iraq, according to Islamic State.
The group claimed that some 50 troops were killed in the double VBIED attack.
