Study suggests that kids who spend hours watching TV or using Social Media are more likely to develop depression.

3,826 children aged 12-16 were quizzed  on their mood and screen use each year.

The more time they spent watching TV or using Social media, the more likely to they were have depressive symptoms.

Every extra hour a day on social media was linked to a 0.64-unit increase in depressive symptoms, with similar findings linked to computer use.
