Proclamation Request Guidelines

LITTLE ROCK, AR – Proclamations are issued by the Office of the Governor, Asa Hutchinson, to increase awareness of important issues across the state.

1. Proclamation requests and wording may be submitted using the Proclamation Request Form.
2. All proclamations must be submitted to the Office of Correspondence with at least a 30-day notice to allow for the approval process and the production of the document itself.
3. Proclamations may recognize a day, week, or month.
