The ‘wildest-looking Minivan’ Toyota Sienna 2021 Set To Hit Markets This Fall

Toyota is all set to launch the 2021 mode Sienna by the end of 2020. This will be a one of a kind minivan with some bold styling making it a sharper looking and unique vehicle. The fourth-generation Toyota Sienna 2021 is purpose-built for your long journeys; a perfectly comfortable interior and all-hybrid engine is a dream come true for long-drive enthusiasts. The front end gives an impression of a modern bullet train.

Engine

Toyota Sienna 2021 will come with a 2.5-litre gasoline engine attached with two electric motors on the front axle. Additionally, there’s an optional setup that includes a third electric motor that powers the rear wheels. It features 243 horsepower and a combined 33 Miles Per Gallon (MPG). If we compare the economy rating with its previous generation, we receive 12-mpg in abundance. However, previous-generation fared well in horsepower; 53 horsepower more than the 2021 model. The all-new Sienna will be equipped with a four-cylinder hybrid powertrain. Toyota offers all-wheel drive (AWD) in its flagship minivan.

If we compare the EPA fuel economy rating with Chrysler Pacifica, the Toyota Sienna 2021 fares better. Chrysler Pacifica offers 32 Miles per Gallon (MPG).

There are multiple driving modes – users can choose whatever suits them best. Options like EV, Eco, Normal and Sport modes are available – select whatever you find suitable for your mood.

The new Sienna is finally migrating to the common Toyota architecture (TNGA) that underpins most of the company’s other models. It is a few inches longer and slightly wider than its predecessor.

Interior

Toyota Sienna 2021 comes with seven and eight-seat configurations. Toyota has now offered airbags in the second-row seats as well, apart from the eight airbags, providing extra safety. This measure has reduced the cargo space to some extent due to the decreased rotation of the rear seats. On the safety side, additionally, a blind-spot monitoring, back-up camera and the Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 is also included. Other features include a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, dynamic radar cruise control, land departure assist, automatic high beams, lane trace assist and road sign assist – all to aid you throughout in your journeys.

Just like the 3rd generation, Toyota Sienna 2021 comes packed with a Driver Easy Speak system that allows the driver to speak to its passengers. Sienna offers tremendous luxury inhouse features like seven USB ports, 18 cup holders and an optional fridge. Additionally, the luxury Platinum trim even offers an optional vacuum cleaner to keep the minivan clean on the go.
