Accurately Track Applied Nutrients with the HarvestLab 3000

When you need to track your Applied Nutrients out in the field accurately and efficiently, you require a machine you can rely on in even the toughest conditions. This is where John Deere’s Harvestlab 3000 comes into play. With HarvestLab technology and constituent sensing, this piece of equipment will not let you down. Let’s take a look at how the features of this technology make it a must-have device on the job.

On-the-go measuring.

The HarvestLab 3000 offers on-the-go measuring of moisture, dry matter, protein, starch, fiber, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, and sugar. It measures these components efficiently and accurately.

Automatic dosage.

This machine can automatically adjust inoculant dosage based on the current dry matter level, giving customers one less thing to worry about out in the field.

Automatic adjustment of length-of-cut.

Length-of-cut is automatically adjusted on the fly with the HarvestLab 3000.

Collection of measured data.

Measured data can be downloaded from the HarvestLab 3000 sensor and saved to a computer for record-keeping purposes, or to share with a nutritionist.

Compatible with the Harvest Monitor system.

This technology is compatible with the Harvest Monitor system. This allows operators to do everything from quickly identify the moisture level of crops to compare hybrid/variety productivity.

John Deere Operations Center compatibility.

Data recorded with the HarvestLab 3000 sensor can be sent wirelessly to the John Deere Operations Center. Afterward, data becomes viewable in the Field Analyzer, giving customers an in-depth view of completed fields and those that are still in progress.

Year-round silage quality monitoring.

The John Deere HarvestLab 3000 sensor is compatible with the HarvestLab 3000 stationary kit. This allows producers to measure forage quality away from their harvester and monitor silage quality all year long.

This feature, which is exclusive to John Deere, brings added value to the HarvestLab moisture sensor. It works in conjunction with the HarvestLab 3000 sensor and IVLOC to automatically adjust the length of cut based on crop-moisture levels to improve bunk density.

Accessories and attachments.

This technology is compatible with a number of different accessories and attachments, including the HarvestLab Press Plate, Turn Table with USB Ethernet, and DuraLine Flange.
