Meerut. After her husband’s death, a woman found it expensive to remarry in Thana Hastinapur. Unhappy with the woman’s second marriage, her children and her brother-in-law’s family Shot and killed the woman’s husband. While killing the woman’s husband, the innocent driver of the e-rickshaw also lost his life. Sensation spread in the area because of the double murder. Live CCTV footage of this murder has also emerged.

Near the Makhdumpur colony on Hastinapur main road, two people were shot dead at Sarerah. The incident was carried out by three to four masked killers riding a bicycle as they fired eight shots. Both the deceased Arvind and Surendra are residents of the village of Pali.

On Sunday, 22-year-old Arvind alias Kalu sat in an e-rickshaw owned by 40-year-old Surendra to go home. As soon as e-rickshaw driver Surendra turned the rickshaw near Makhdumpur Colony, 4-5 motorcyclists already present there were ambushed to carry out the incident and started firing on seeing Arvind.

In this, the e-rickshaw driver Surendra was also shot, while Arvind ran into a street to save his life, but the attackers chased and shot him dead.

Arvind kept screaming and begging for his life, but the killers didn’t listen to him. These pictures of the murder were captured in every CCTV. The police rushed Arvind and Surendra to the hospital, where they were pronounced dead.

According to Meerut SSP Rohit Sajwan, the reason for the murder is the enmity between the two families. Geeta, a resident of Pali village, married a young man from the village in 2002.

Geeta’s husband died in 2020. After this, Geeta married Arvind in court and went to live with him. Geeta’s first in-laws were angry with her, there were always quarrels between Jeth and her children. Al Geeta has a son who is about 18 years old and he too was not happy with this marriage.

Because of this, he, along with brothers Tau and Tohra, always called Geeta good and bad. The brother of the late Arvind has filed a complaint against Geeta’s former brother-in-law and relatives. After getting information about the incident, SDM Akhilesh Yadav and CO Ashish Sharma reached the spot. The police have sent the panchnama of both for autopsy.

In the fight between two families, the attackers fired bullets at Arvind, but in that same innocent e-rickshaw, the driver was also killed. Police have formed two teams to arrest the suspect.
