But the Chinese administration has canceled everyone’s visas one by one. The rest were PTI journalists. He too has been ordered to leave the country within a month. By the way, last month the Chinese Foreign Ministry claimed that its journalists are not allowed to work independently in India.
It is known that the visas of two journalists from the daily Prasar Bharti and Hindu in China expired last April. So his visa application was rejected. A few days later, the same situation happened to a Hindustan Times journalist. Three people left China and returned to the country. The only representative of the Indian press was a journalist from the PTI. He has been ordered to leave China within a month.

Last month, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Mao Ning said that Indian journalists can work well in his country. But the condition of Chinese journalists in India is bad. For his part, Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman Arindam Bagchi said that in fact all foreign journalists, including China, are working independently in India. But the situation in China is completely the opposite. Indian journalists cannot move freely there.
Bilateral relations between India and China have turned increasingly sour since the Galwan standoff. According to well-informed sources, the problem with the journalists began between the two countries a few months ago. Indian journalists face obstacles in hiring assistants in China. Since then, friction between the two countries began. China clarified that all names of journalists recommended by Chinese officials will be allowed to work in the country. So one after another, Indian journalists have to leave China and come back.
