Writing | Should it be considered a coincidence why there is fire in government buildings in different states?

Aren’t there concrete arrangements for firefighting in those important buildings of various state governments from where the administrative system operates? Can’t tell if the Fire is just a coincidence or is there some conspiracy behind it? It is astonishing that most of the government offices from the third to the sixth floor have been destroyed in a massive fire at Satpura Bhavan, Bhopal Directorate, Madhya Pradesh. It is doubtful that such arson is carried out to destroy files related to some scams or corruption.

This is not an accusation, but can it just be a coincidence that government buildings in several states are on fire? This is the third major fire incident at a government building in Madhya Pradesh in 10 years. In November 2013, there was a fire in Vindhyachal Bhavan. Two years later, in October 2015, there was a fire on the fourth floor of Vindhyachal Bhavan. In this, many files and documents of the Department of Agriculture were reduced to ashes. Even then, these fire incidents were related to the elections.
