In this dispute, the defendant assaulted Shivdas Khule and his accomplice Rahul Chavan (25), a resident of Bhuli village, and the defendant stabbed the deceased Shivdas Khule’s chest and stomach with a knife. In this he was seriously injured. He was immediately taken to the Manora Rural Hospital for treatment. But he died during the treatment. In the same way, Rahul Chavan, companion of the deceased, was seriously injured by stabbing him in the leg and stomach and the defendant fled the scene. As Rahul Chavan’s condition was serious, he was sent to Akola District General Hospital for treatment.
