It should be noted that on May 6, the claimant informed the Naimandi Police Station in a written statement that on the night of May 5-6, unknown thieves had vandalized the basement of the Indus Company Airtel mobile tower located in the Rathedi village and placed batteries in the basement. 17 batteries were stolen from the bank and on May 19, the claimant informed the Naimandi Police Station while filing a written complaint that on the night of May 15-16, unknown robbers broke into the airtel mobile tower. of Indus Company located in the village of Rathedi. 24 batteries were stolen from the battery bank kept in the celter room by tearing it open. In the police’s preliminary investigation, the defendant said that on the night of 05/06 May, 17 batteries were stolen from the mobile tower located at the Rathedi village police station, Naimandi, and again on 15/16 May. Mode of commission of the crime- The defendant used to steal the batteries from the battery banks attached to the mobile towers by breaking the celters at night and then stealing the batteries used to store the batteries in the house under construction near the Eicher company workshop on Highway 58.

When given the opportunity, they used to store the batteries in the cart in the center, take them to Delhi and sell them for scrap and split the money among themselves. Defendant Arrested Amir s/o Piru, Resident of Kamruddin Nagar Village, Sardhana, Meerut Rashid s/o Kallu, Resident of Seelampur Police Station, Krishna Nagar, Delhi. From whose possession were stolen 4 batteries, 02 pistols with 04 live .315 caliber cartridges, 01 Santro DL 05 S 2334 car (used in the incident), robbery tools- 01 pona, 04 mouth nut removers, 01 large screwdriver, 01 small screwdriver, 01 iron cutter and 01 plastic. Inspector-in-Charge Santosh Kumar Tyagi, UN Gurvachan Singh, Anil Kumar Tomar, HO Sushil Kumar, Sovindra, Rahul Sirohi, Deepak Kumar, Com. Kuldeep, Vikram Singh, Ashish Kumar, Himanshu, Amit Kumar, Manendra Rana, etc. were present in the police team that arrested him.
