The actor and director Satish Kaushik passed away at the age of 66 on March 9 due to a heart attack. Although Satish Kaushik is no longer in this world, he will always be alive in people’s hearts due to his strong movies and performances. In the near future, many films by Satish Kaushik, the shooting of which was completed before his death, will be released. Satish Kaushik will soon be seen in one of his latest films, ‘Mirg’, which is ready for release after completing post-production work. The film stars Raj Babbar, Anup Soni and Shwetabh Singh in lead roles. The film focuses on the legend of the mountain leopard popular in the lowlands of Himachal Pradesh.

Speaking of the film, director Tarun Sharma said, “While approaching ‘Marg,’ my main goal was to deliver an audience-pleasing film. All aspects of cinema have to come together to create something compelling, to transport people to an alternate reality. It’s movie magic to me. I have been blessed with an amazing and involved team. It was a blessing to have veterans like Raj Babbar, Satish Kaushik and Anoop Soni in my first film. The director shared that Sathish was the first to come on board and the actor agreed to make the film within two hours of the script being submitted.
Tarun said: To this day I cannot believe that it no longer exists. His childhood passion for cinema is something I will never forget. I really wanted him to see it, but it is a feeling that will not be fulfilled with regret. I must also add that Shwetabh gave a great performance in front of such top actors.
Raj Babbar had a lot of fun on set
Commenting on the film, Raj Babbar said, ‘I thoroughly enjoyed shooting this film. We had lots of fun. Tarun is a brilliant director. He really gives his actors a free hand to play the characters his way. This technique connects you more to the character and you develop a sense of responsibility to really do him justice. Each and every one of the artists in this film have acted with finesse.
