‘Fame’ and ‘Flashdance’ singer Irene Cara has passed on at 63 years old

Irene Cara, the vocalist and entertainer most popular for performing and singing the title tune to the 1980s films Distinction and Flashdance, has passed on. She was 63 years of age.

Cara kicked the bucket at her home in Florida, said her marketing specialist Judith Moos, who declared the news on Cara’s virtual entertainment account Saturday. She said the reason for death is “right now obscure.”
