The office of the vice president for business and finance has broad responsibilities in the areas of university-wide accounting and finance, budget and planning, internal audit, endowments and investments, Facilities Planning and management, Human Resources and benefits, administrative computing, and Risk Management. The module incorporates a period of work experience which will enable the student to focus on both the practical application and development of their key skills, whilst simultaneously exploring and defining the corporate culture of their workplace to enable them to define their own cultural fit”. The combination of psychometric testing, reflection and analysis of the workplace will culminate in the production of a focussed career action plan.
