Resident Evil 4, or as it is known in Japan as Biohazard 4 is a third-person survival horror game developed by Capcom Production Studio 4. It was published by several companies and is the fourth part of the "Resident Evil" series. The game was initially released for the GameCube in January 2005 in North America and Japan and in March 2005 in Europe and Australia.
The story follows US government special agent Leon S. Kennedy, who has been sent on a mission to rescue Ashley Graham, the daughter of the President of the United States who has been kidnapped by the Los Almiandos cult. Leon travels to a remote rural area of Europe, where he fights hordes of hostile villagers and genetically modified monsters, and meets spy Ada Wong. The game introduced a new gameplay mechanic to the series, innovating and popularizing the "over the shoulder" third-person perspective in video games. The game received wide critical acclaim, and was considered by many critics as a strong candidate for Game of the Year in 2005.
The game was an overwhelming success as it attracted the new gameplay and dazzling style, but the old Resident Evil fans did not like it and they see that Shinji Mikami is better than Kobayashi, and the game has many players who are not familiar with the previous parts of the game

1- Download the Arabic Subtitles + fix from the link below
2- Extract the files by winrar or 7zip
3- Open the Arabic subtitle files and open the setup file
4- Select the game destination you just setup the game at
5- After completing the arabic subtitles open the fix files
6- Choose the game files or it will automatically select it press update
7- After finishing the fix files go to the game files
8- Bin32 folder and open the language selector app and select french !!!
9- Don't worry it's the default language to run the arabic subtitles
