How To Have The Perfect Start In Diablo 4?

Diablo 4 is almost here, and it's time to talk about the best ways to make the most out of it, get your first class up and running, and get the perfect start ahead of the true end game. This guide is based on my experience during the pre-launch playthrough and is aimed at those who want to be more efficient.

Focus on the Main Story

After starting up, the best thing you can do is focus on the Main story and, at most, only complete the side quests already on the main path. Once you roll the credits, you unlock one of the first end-game activities you'll want to jump into right away: the Tree of Whispers. This is a solid end-game loot farm that will get you ready for the other stuff later on. The main campaign is also perfect for bringing you to level 50.

Side Missions

The biggest reason you'll ever want to complete side missions in the first place is for Regional Progress. More often than not, the XP and the rewards are given were not worth it for the time I could use for a main mission and get much more out of it. If you still want to try them, grab all them once you hit new zones, but only complete the ones on the main path of the main story.

Unlock Codex of Power

The second thing you'll want to do right after is to pay attention and complete the dungeons containing relevant legendary aspects for your build and class. All the strongest builds, especially in the leveling stages, can be achieved by getting the Codex of Power unlocks from the dungeons that open up in new zones to which the story brings you.

Salvage First

As you level up, you'll get many items to sift through. Here's an important thing to consider: the number of materials needed to upgrade stuff will grow, and so will the cost. However, there's no point in having a lot of Diablo 4 gold sitting by if you lack the materials needed to upgrade these in the first place. So, salvage the rares that you get as you level up. You can also recover the legendaries, especially the ones that you already got the aspects out of, either via extraction or from the Codex of Power.

Upgrade Flasks

Another thing to keep track of is upgrading your health potions, which you can do in almost all major towns. It sounds trivial, but it's one minute of your life to make them more efficient and heal you for much higher.

Class Questline Right Away

Another build-defining content you'll want to complete is the class quest that opens up once you hit Level 50. This will further progress your builds to the next level, give you extra powers, and provide some of the strongest buffs.

Get the Renown

The next thing you will want to focus on is the regional progress. Each of the five or six maps has tracks that are most useful for the extra skill points and extra potion capacity; they also give XP and extra gold, but , Paragon points once you play in nightmare mode and finish them that way.

Strongholds are Important

Strongholds are another piece of content you'll want to jump into eventually. They drop tons of extra loot and count toward the regional progress. Plus, the teleport points that they often give mean you have easier and faster access to some of the other areas that might be useful nearby.

In conclusion, Diablo 4 offers a rich and engaging gaming experience. By following these tips, you can have a perfect start and make the most out of your game.
