#SaveApexLegends – Players Fight to Prevent EA Shutdown”

In recent days, The #SaveApexMobile hashtag campaign has been trending on Twitter as players are trying to stop EA from shutting down the game. The game released its season 4 update, which has been a hit among players. Despite this, EA has announced the cancellation of the game on May, citing poor financial performance.

Apex Legends Mobile Season 4 is The Last Hope

The season 4 update of Apex Mobile was released a few days ago and players were blown away by the new content. They are expressing that this update is exactly what they have been hoping for.

The update includes a brand new map called Olympus, which is set in a floating city above the planet Psamathe. The map is a visual feast, featuring lush artificial landscapes and opulent decor. It offers a refreshing change from the rocky terrain of Kings Canyon and World’s Edge.

Along with the new map, the season 4 update also introduced a New Legend: Horizon – GRAVITATIONAL MANIPULATOR and a new SIGNATURE WEAPON: AFTERBURNER.

The season 4 battle pass is also free, which is a great incentive for players to get involved and you can get it now.

Will EA Stops Shutdown Apex Legends Mobile?

Despite the success of the season 4 update, it’s probably a bit late for recovering the game, as EA announced the cancelation of the game, one of the main reason is in 8 month if release, the game only made 40 million dollars which mean EA didn’t make a profit of the game.

Another reason is, EA has other plans for the future of Apex Legends Mobile. As CEO of EA, Andrew Wilson has noted that games with cross-progression tend to be more popular and he has hinted at the possibility of future releases having cross-progression for thier mobile games.

“The biggest new launches that are seeing the most success are the ones that are deeply connected to the broader franchise where there’s not always cross-play but certainly cross-progression and the feeling that they’re part of a single unified community and a single unified game experience.”
