Playdigious have just announced that they will be releasing a new DLC for their mobile RPG Northgard. Titled the Clan of the Squirrel, the expansion will be available for everyone from January 31st onwards. The DLC has been inspired by Ratatoskr from Norse Mythology, which was described in the Poetic Edda as a squirrel that would move up and down the world tree Yggdrasil, carrying information between the eagles at the top and the world serpent at the bottom. Northgard’s Clan of the Squirrel, or Ratatoskr is one that specializes in managing resources. The cooks of this clan are excellent chefs that make meals that are really tasty.
