We are in week 2 of the NFL regular season and things are continuing to go well for many teams. Yet, week 1 did not go well for the Carolina Panthers. They lost to the Atlanta Falcons in week 1. However, that doesn’t mean they don’t have a chance at redemption this Monday night. They will take on the New Orleans Saints in this week’s matchup. Monday Night’s Game

The game will be Monday, Sept 18th at 6:15 PM CST. This will be part of a Monday night doubleheader since there are two NFL games that evening. The Carolina Panthers have the home-field advantage as the Saints will travel north for the game. After defeating the Titans in week 1, the Saints will look to stay undefeated in week 2. The Saints have one of the strongest defenses in the league.

Last week, the Saints dominated the Titan’s offense. They had multiple sacks against Tennessee as well. Finally, they held Derrik Henrey, but they themselves struggled with their offense. We will see if they are able to do it again this week as they face the Panthers.

Bryce Young for the Panthers

Bryce Young is the quarterback for the Panthers, as well as a rookie. After the Panther’s loss against the Falcons, he took full responsibility for his performance. He said that loss falls on him, and he is going to work hard to do better in the coming weeks. Come Monday, we will see if he is able to keep his word.

On the other hand, the Panthers had 4 sacks and 22 drawbacks in week 1. They too have a pretty strong defense and will look to make some big plays in week 2.
