The Hills of Madness

Publisher: Dungeon Masters Guild

What my honorable Master, Mr. Volotham Geddarm, and I saw as we approached Bowshot from the north, was the most deprecable and grotesque scenario that even the most imaginative and perverse  mind of the whole Faerun could never bring forth. Also on Mr. Volo's visage, notoriously relaxed and smiling, I saw a veil of despair mixed with horror. But with hindsight, even if it lasted less than a moment, we both agreed that the most grotesque image was paradoxically that of Father Longlish standing near the altar, with the multicolored robe of the Dawnbringers, tending towards the burgundy for the bloodstains for the care given, the almost inquisitive gaze on the wounded faithful, with a hint of a smile, as if it were a facial paresis, and fists clenched on his hips. (from Lando LaGanna's Diaries).

A band of gnolls shakes the peace of the village of Bowshot on the Trade Way and someone swears that they have also seen humans among them. They are ruthless and come from the Hills to the east.

A heroic but eccentric priest seeks justice for his surviving faithful in the name of Lathander. Would you dare to climb up those hills?

A D and amp;D 5th edition adventure for 4-6 2nd to 3rd level characters.

Features a 34-page PDF with the adventure, 4 Battle Maps (GM and players view), and 2 New Enemies with stat blocks.
