Pokémon Go leaks September Community Day

Pokémon Go’s Community Day Classic (featuring Charmander) takes place on September 2, but thanks to a calendar update from Niantic, we now know more about the other Community Day planned for September 2023.

According to the Niantic calendar, Grubbin will be the highlighted Community Day Pokémon on September 23.

This will be the first time Shiny Grubbin (and its evolutions) will be available in the popular mobile game.

That means that players will have a great chance to grab some Shiny Grubbins, which actually look pretty great. Grubbin’s evolved form is Vikavolt. Check out the image below to see what the Shiny will look like.

Community Day Pokémon that are caught and evolved during the event also get a special Community Day move. But, at this time, there is no confirmation on what that move will be.

With Pokémon Go’s huge September update bringing changes and balances to movesets, it will be interesting to see what this new Shiny comes equipped with.

We’ll continue to update this post as more information is made available.
