2nd half Multigoals 1-3 meaning

2nd Half Multigoals 1/3 simply means that you are placing a bet that one or upto three goals will be Scored in the second half of a match.

You will win if total Goals Scored in the second half didn't exceed three. All goals scored during the first half will not count.
