The Intertops Poker platform made the announcement recently that it is bringing back the Soft Poker Series. But for 2021, it has been revised and made anew, and it is set to run from Thursday, Sept. 30 through to Sunday Nov. 28.

Originally created to cater to a recreational and sportsbook-heavy base of players, the tournament comprises a total of 30 events. Within those separate events, a combined total prize of around $70,000 will be up for grabs. The tournament will also feature a range of buy-ins for you to benefit from, making the Soft Poker Series 2021 available to any player. You can even experience freerolls as part of it, too.

Each of the event winners from the Soft Series will be on the receiving end of a seat at the Soft Series Champions Tournament, which stands as the 30th and final event of the tournament. That’s not all either, because the overall Champions Tournament winner will be the recipient of a special hoodie, marking their victory over all competitors. Certain other marked events within the tournament will also see the winner receive a hoodie.

Side Events Included and Cash Bonus for Taking Part

To ensure that the Soft Series 2021 tournament is as entertaining and fun as possible, Intertops has a couple of special ‘side events’ incorporated into proceedings. You don’t really need to do anything other than participate in the tournament to experience these, either. The side events included are as follows:

Special Raffle for Exclusive Merchandise

If you proceed with buying in to 15 or more of the Soft Series events, then you will be entered into a special raffle. As long as these buy-ins are cash buy-ins, then you stand to win exclusive Intertops Poker merchandise. Five lucky players will be drawn from all those who qualify for entry, with the following Intertops items being awarded:

• Hoodie
• T-Shirt
• Cap
• Coffee Mug
• Pack of Cards

The raffle itself won’t take place until after the Soft Series Tournament has been completed. All winning players will be notified through email, which will occur around Wednesday, Dec. 1.

Cash Bonus for Taking Part

Anyone proceeding with cash buy-ins has the opportunity to win a cash bonus as a result as well. Simply take part in the Soft Series 2021 tournament, and you will qualify for this. The bonuses available are as follows:

• $40 for buying into 10 tournaments
• $80 for buying into 18 tournaments
• $150 for buying into all 27 tournaments

Again, all cash bonuses will be credited to you once the tournament itself has come to a close. Eligible players will receive an email confirming the credit of the bonus to their Intertops account around Wednesday, Dec. 1. Intertops also provides poker reload bonuses for you to benefit from, so if you deposit prior to the start of the tournament, you can get a little extra to play with.

Soft Series 2021 Schedule

As noted, there are 30 events taking place within the Soft Series 2021 setup. The majority of these exist as Texas Hold’em NL games, with a few Pot Limit Omaha events also being sprinkled throughout the schedule.

Event 30, which takes place on the final day of Sunday, Nov. 28 stands as the Champions Tournament. The total prize available in this event stands at $5,000 GTD, and this kicks off at 6:15 P.M. EST. This date will solely comprise of Soft Series event winners from the previous 29 events.

• Event #11 - $2,000 GTD 6-Max. Oct 20, 8:30 P.M. EST. Buy-in + fee: $20 + $2
• Event #15 - $1,000 GTD Big Bounty. Oct 28, 7:30 P.M. EST. Buy-in + fee: $10 + $1
• Event #23 - $5,000 GTD Deepstacked*. Nov 13, 8:30 P.M. EST. Buy-in + fee: $30 + $3
• Event #24 - $1,500 GTD Progressive Bounty. Nov 15, 7:30 P.M. EST. Buy-in + fee: $16 + $1.60
• Event #29 - $2,000 GTD Last Chance. Nov 26, 8:30 P.M. EST. Buy-in + fee: $15 + $1.50

Other Notable Rules and Necessities

All players must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Soft Series tournament. Both the Intertops Poker site and the Juicy Stakes platform are running the events. Therefore, you can either use an existing account at one of these sites or register for a new one. Any event marked with an asterisk (*) will see the winner receive an Intertops or Juicy Stakes hoodie alongside the prize money.
