The PaiWangLuo Network sites Ignition, Bovada, and Bodog are hosting a $750,000 Holiday Poker Spectacular. Unlike many of the series at this online poker operator, the Spectacular will occur over the course of just two days: Dec. 26 and Jan. 1. The fun consists of special, doubled tournaments as well as certain weekly events moved to occur on the days of the series.
Holiday Spectacular Schedule
The bulk of the contests contained in the Holiday Poker Spectacular are just copies of regular daily tourneys. The duplicated events are identical between the two days of the series, and they will each begin 18 minutes after their standard-issue counterparts. - 7:18 p.m. - $30 + $3 Holiday Doubles $4K Gtd (SS, 15-min levels)
- 8:18 p.m. - $50 + $5 Holiday Doubles $25K Gtd (SS)
- 9:18 p.m. - $20 + $2 Holiday Doubles $4K Gtd (10K chips, 10-min levels)
- 10:18 p.m. - $100 + $9 Holiday Doubles $10K Gtd (10K chips, 10-min levels)
Moreover, the $150 + $12 $100K GTDs that would normally run on Dec. 24 and 31 will be moved to Dec. 26 and Jan. 1 at 4:00 p.m. The $250 + $20 High Roller contests that guarantee $50,000 apiece will also shift from their time slots on the adjacent Sundays to instead take place on Dec. 26 and Jan. 1 at 6:00 p.m.
Satellite Entry Available
Qualifying tournaments are already listed in the lobby. You can win your seats into Holiday Poker Spectacular events for as little as $2 + $0.20. Most of these satellites award tickets that are good for any Holiday Doubles competitions of a given buyin level. However, the satellites to the $100K Guaranteed and the $50K High Roller pay out in entries that are only valid for the named target tournament.
